DELIVERY & RETURNS

• Minimum order for online delivery is £40 / €45 or 120kg to BT93 postcodes.
• We do not deliver outside BT93 postcodes or Eircodes for local per-bag delivery orders.
• Please refer to our bulk buy options for deliveries outside these areas.
• All delivery prices are included in the quoted price.
• Please enter your correct postcode or Eircode to ensure you are quoted the correct price.
• Delivery will usually take place within 1–3 working days from the order date.

• We deliver bulk orders to all postcodes and Eircodes throughout the island of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
• All delivery prices are included in the quoted price.
• Please enter your correct postcode or Eircode to ensure accurate pricing.
• All pallets are shipped by courier using a tail lift and pallet truck.
• Delivery will usually take place within 10 working days from courier collection from the Maguire Fuels depot.
• Deliveries to Cork Eircodes will usually take place within 15 working days from the order date.

•  Courier drivers cannot remove coal from pallets.
• Deliveries are made as kerbside deliveries.
• Where practical, drivers will do their best to position pallets at your preferred drop-off point.
• Pallet trucks require suitable surfaces such as concrete or tarmac.
• Gravel driveways may result in delivery being made at the nearest kerbside location.
• Bulk deliveries are carried out using rigid lorries of up to 30ft in length.
• Please ensure there is sufficient access before placing your order.
• If access is restricted due to narrow entrances, tight corners, overhanging trees, steep inclines or other hazards, the driver may leave the delivery at the nearest safe location.
• Driver safety is always the priority.

• Regarding deliveries of coal, Maguire Fuels Ltd does not ship the coal directly to you.
• We sell the coal to you, collected from our yard.
• By choosing the courier option on our website, you acknowledge that the coal is for your own private use and that you are employing the services of the courier.
• In the unlikely event that you wish to return a pallet of fuel for any reason:
  – The cost of returning the pallet will be the responsibility of the customer.
  – The pallet must be resealed and ready for courier collection.
  – A refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received.
• The contract for delivery exists between you, the customer, and the courier company.
• Maguire Fuels Ltd provides the facility of connecting customers with courier services.
• The money paid for shipment and carriage goes directly to the courier for the service provided.
• Maguire Fuels Ltd has no financial interest in, or profit from, the courier transaction.
• By selecting this delivery option, you accept the terms and conditions of the courier company.

• The responsibility for selecting and purchasing the correct type of smokeless fuel rests with you, the customer.
• As Maguire Fuels Ltd operates within the jurisdiction of the UK, we are not obligated to check your postal address to determine which type of fuel you should be using.
• We ask customers to check whether they live within a smokeless zone and, where required, purchase smokeless products to comply with local legislation.
• Maguire Fuels Ltd accepts no responsibility for the product selection made by customers, whether purchased through our website or over the telephone.
• We will always do our best to help you choose the correct option for your area. However, the final purchasing decision remains your own.
